I usually ship with tracking till final address where it is possible.
If this full tracking is not available or possible, I send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

The shipment with tracking enables to know where parcel / letter is, and to intervene if there is an issue to deliver (eg address error, ...).

I prefer not to do express deliveries, but can do it if you want it.
