- 4" and 6" dolls are small and can't add many details. The larger the doll, the more detailed it is.
- For a better product, please send me high-quality pictures from different angles via Etsy message or by email.
- Pictures should show all outfits, and please let me know the color of eyes, hair, shoes, and other specific features for personalization.
- Sometimes, Yarn colors do not always match the pictures exactly. The closest color will be used.
- I will send you some photos to preview for custom orders once I'm done. You have 24 hours for feedback to me before I ship your package out.

- For human or pet hair, it will flatten and deteriorate during shipping. Please use a small comb and brush according to the desired pattern. Redistribute stuffing if necessary.
- Hand wash or dry clean is recommended, machine washable on delicate settings.
- You can use a small brush or damp cloth with little toothpaste to clean the minor dirt.
- Do not use bleach.
- Do not use the dryer. Sun drying is best.

Phenomenal craftsmanship, exactly as expected via the pictures, was able to model after my best friend's engagement photos and even add some cute/funny components per our request. Had an issue with the shipping company sending it to the wrong address and not being able to retrieve, but as soon as the shop was notified they were very responsive and got out a replacement rapidly. Amazing service, really appreciate y'all!

One of the most easiest purchases I’ve ever made. The customer service was fantastic. Very easy to communicate with and explained the process very well. I LOVE my dolls.
