There are ears in the picture, but no actual instructions for the ears. There is also no assembly instructions. I have made plenty of crochet that i just stitched together where it made sense. Less experienced people may have issues.

My pattern was missing instructions on the ears. Luckily, I had another pattern from another doll so I just used that. Overall, the pattern is easy to follow and has many photos for reference.
