If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense with tracking number.

All jewelry must be returned unworn and in its original condition and full packaging.

Earrings and all piercing jewelry are NOT returnable due to hygiene & safety laws.

Piercing jewelry goes inside the body and can become contagious after being worn, that’s why it belongs to the category of intimate items and is not allowed by law to be returned

We hold the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
