What is piping? Piping is also known as welting. It is the trim around the pillow cover.

We source sustainably produced(FAIRTRADE) handwoven cotton material to produce these pillow covers. Sometimes, the weavers are unable to provide this material on time. Monogramming is manually done with great attention to detail. All my shipping will be done in the USA through USPS first class & priority mail. Orders in other countries will be done through Canada post, DHL, or Fedex

I received my item and it was not the style monogram that I ordered. The seller responded immediately and realized that there was an issue with the image on their listing and offered to replace the pillow with the correct style (and fix the listing).
