Ma toute jeune boutique fait face à un vif succès et les commandes sont nombreuses.
Les délais de confection sont réels et correspondent au départ atelier. Bien sûr, je ne mets pas 3 semaines pour coudre un sac. Ces délais correspondent au temps qu’il me faut pour réaliser TOUTES les commandes en instance avant la vôtre
La date indiquée est celle du départ atelier. Tenez compte des délais d’acheminement de votre commande.

Je ne peux raccourcir ces délais car vous êtes nombreux à apprécier mon travail et je m’en réjouis. Je travaille seule et je tiens à maintenir le niveau de qualité de mes confections.

Avant confection, mes tissus sont tous lavés pour vous garantir qu'ils ne rétréciront pas. Pour les couleurs foncées, un premier dégorgeage est donc réalisé. Je conseille de les laver ensuite avec une lingette anti transfert pour éviter les mauvaises surprises.

Les sacs Maternelle sont lavables en machine à 30 degrés sur l’envers, essorage moyen.
En cas de fermeture cartable, veillez à protéger celle-ci pendant le lavage. Utiliser un filet de lavage.

Les cartables se nettoient d’un coup d’éponge uniquement.

Lors de votre commande, vérifiez les délais de confection indiqués sur chaque fiche. La date est la date de départ atelier.

Il me faut en général 4 semaines pour réaliser un article. C’est en effet le temps qu’il me faut pour réaliser toutes les commandes passées avant la vôtre avant de pouvoir l’assembler

La plupart de mes produits sont envoyés en lettre suivie. Le délai d’acheminement constaté est d’environ 2 à 3 jours.
Je ne peux être tenue pour responsable des problèmes liés à l’acheminement postal des commandes. C’est la responsabilité de La Poste.
