Great looking and simple dress

Super simple sewing pattern! The video instructions are helpful. For other beginners looking to purchase: I feel like if this is your 4-5 clothing piece this would be easier. She has another top/skirt/dress pattern that does not require bias tape. As a beginner, working with bias tape is really difficult, I wish there was more explanation about working with bias tape that is a different material than the stretch fabric. I also didn't find the video from the other creator on finishing the seams very helpful. She advised to cut first, then sew right on the outside of the fabric which is difficult as a novice, I only learned recently you can sew first and cut the fabric after.

Bought this pattern for my teenage daughter. Was her 1st time making her own dress. She said it was easy and the dress turned out great

Okay just WOW--I've been sewing my own clothes for about 3-4 years now, but I still consider myself an "advanced beginner" and this pattern, along with the video, was incredible. Such a seemingly simple pattern created this dress that makes me feel so utterly confident and feminine. I 100% will be purchasing more patterns from this seller in the future! I made my first dress into a short length for a bachelorette party but will making the longer length version very soon!
