Dear Clark, all my hats are hand made, I pay attention to all stitches and this made my hats unique and different for competitors. On the on the other hands we have every day flights to US so some of my customers even missed it did not expecting to get so quickly!

2/2 - I really can't say enough. Nadia took my order and then my message informing her I had screw my order up. She corrected what I did, filled the order, and shipped the Tams to me ... now I have them in my hands and on my head. She is FANTASTIC ... the TAMS are SUPER!
