When you informed us that your package never arrived ,we tried to fix this problem for you . We’re dedicated to customer support and we understand an experience like this can be very upsetting so I've personally double-checked your original order with both post offices ( in Italy and Greece) . I received from them all the official paperwork saying that your package delivered on time at the correct address . However , we offered you a replacement and messaged you the new tracking information . The same day you left us a one star review . We apologize that our service did not up to your standard .
