Bonjour Myriam, Quand vous lisez les instructions il est bien noté que vous recevez les fichiers automatiquement par mail en pdf et jpg + avec votre commande. Il aurait fallu m'envoyer un petit message et c'était réglé en 2 min. J'espère que vous avez réussi à imprimer vos petits cartons, après plusieurs messages envoyés aucune réponse de votre part ☹️ Bonne journée à vous, Christèle
