Return Policy:
Cancellations: Accepted within 24 hours after purchase. Please contact us promptly to cancel your order.
Returns/Refunds: Issued for incorrect or faulty products within 7 days of delivery. Contact us for assistance.
Lost in Transit: If your item is lost in transit, let us know, and we'll work with the carrier for a resolution.
Size Exchanges: Wrongly ordered sizes are not eligible for refunds due to our made-to-order process.
*Made-to-Order Items: Products that are individually crafted or produced specifically for each customer's order, rather than being mass-produced and kept in stock.
Production and Shipping Time:
Production time is 2-5 business days, shipping time is 2-7 business days. Please note that actual delivery times may vary, especially for international orders. All items are shipped with tracking numbers.

Please note that once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery, we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or issues that may occur during transit. Any claims or inquiries regarding the shipment should be directed to the respective shipping carrier. We will, however, do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping-related concerns and provide relevant tracking information.
Mail Theft:
Is a serious matter and beyond frustrating, however its entirely out of our hands. Please understand that we can not cover refunds due to carrier errors or for packages marked as "Delivered" but not received. If the package is stolen after delivery, please file a report with your local authorities.
Additional Information:
DTG garments may have a slight, distinct odor due to the printing process. It will disappear after one wash.
