There are more possibilities for custom orders than I am able to list. From color, to stitch, to accessories, there are endless options. If you are looking for something I don't have listed, please message me. I always enjoy figuring out how to make new items.

We do not accept cancelations but please reach out as there are always exceptions. Your happiness is the most important thing to us and we truly do not want to send you an item you regret purchasing. If approved, cancelations are only possible prior to shipping (even if tracking has not updated.) Please reach out as soon as possible to give us the best opportunity to work with you.

We accept returns on items that are not on sale and are not made to order. If a return is approved, you are required to pay shipping. The refund will not be sent until the item arrives back to us in it's original condition.

Orders that ship from the LB Crafts sections in the shop ship within 1-3 days. Kat has partnered with Latoya and is thrilled to have items available without such a long processing time. Items from the rest of the shop currently ship within one to two months.

We are currently averaging 90-120 orders at a time on Etsy and we are SO grateful for that. At this point in our growth, we are desperately trying to hire help in order to lower our processing time. We are blessed to have friends help sometimes, but they're all very busy and we can't afford to give them enough hours to make the time for it regularly. Kat''s autoimmune disease is unfortunately also a factor in this because it sometimes slows down my work speed. I have been spending 8-12 hours a day seven days a week for the last several months and I promise I am trying my best to get you your order as quickly as possible!

We use USPS home pickup as it is impossible to get such a large amount of orders through the long lines at the post office daily. We are working to lower the amount we ship so we are able to drop them off as USPS is not required to scan large pickups.

Tracking will say USPS is awaiting your item until your package is scanned. This DOES not mean your item has not been picked up. With USPS not being required to scan large pickups immediately, it is not uncommon for items to not be scanned until they are delivered.

While it is much more uncommon than tracking not updating until delivery, rarely an item will not arrive at all. Fortunately, there is a solution to this and the sooner you reach out the sooner we can get you your package. Upon reaching out we will submit a missing mail request. USPS will then be aware they need to find your package. Usually this occurs within a few days. If they are unable to find your package, it will be covered by our shipping insurance and we will offer a replacement or a refund in full.
