The quality of the item was everything and more than i expected. I ordered these late and needed them for 31st march. I explained this to rio and he was more than helpful! He didn’t let my little boy down and made sure they were here on time. They arrived today and all i can say is WOW! I dont know who’s more excited me or my little boy. The detail thats gone into these trainers has flabbergasted me completely. I will 100% use rio again for any customised trainers and would recommended him over and over again! They’re worth way more than what he charges, i’d happily pay double for these trainers

Absolutely fantastic custom shoes with stellar customer service. I ordered these very late for my son’s 4th birthday and Rio went the extra mile and then some to make sure I had them in time. They are even better than they looked in the photos and I’m so excited for my son to open them on his birthday. Will definitely be returning for more!
