I am not happy that the seller did not mention a chipped area on marble the side by the foot. (The Photos do not show a close up of this damage) I contacted the seller but she would not do a partial refund. I am going to keep the item as I like it but it would have been helpful to know that it had a chipped area which the photos do not make clear. The Item arrived in Excellent shipping condition and was well wrapped by the Seller. The Seller is a nice person but I think a discount for this chipped area would have been appropriate. Her listing did not mention this damaged area and do to the coloring of this marble its hard to see this damage though it exists. Old items do have damage or wear and tear but it should be noted by the seller and photographed up close, so the buyer truly knows the condition of the entire item
