The mobile is magnificent, we love it! However, the shipment was delayed and not a little... and the exchange with the saleswoman was zero after sending messages to find out if the mobile was going to be sent etc... we never got a response what Shame...

I put one star because unfortunately I can't give zero. I ordered this mobile at the end of January, I was of course debited, the seller decided to close his store temporarily afterwards. But having ordered before the temporary closure, I was supposed to receive it on February 18th. It was never sent to me. The seller never responded to my messages explaining why. It's not at all professional, especially since I was planning to receive it before the birth of my son, which I arranged for in advance. But unfortunately I have been waiting for 2 months unnecessarily.

I give 5 stars because the mobile is magnificent! I simply regret the absence of information on the progress of the order, and of communication with the store, which I had contacted having noted the delay compared to the announced schedule. The delivery time is not a problem in itself, the item is handmade and is truly wonderful. It's simply the lack of transparency that is a shame. A word of advice: anticipate your order, especially if it is as a gift, and be patient. For my part, I am delighted to have persevered and not to have canceled the order.

Unfortunately, I have not received an item to date and the seller has not responded to my message. I paid... it's a shame. Unfortunately I cannot recommend purchasing.
