Pleasant communication with the seller, despite delivery difficulties that cannot be linked to the seller in any way, but are solely attributable to the transport service provider (Deutsche Post / DHL). Unfortunately, the first package was apparently lost. I received a replacement without any problems. Thank you very much for that. I can recommend 3-D Flex without reservation!
