• Registered mail for USA customers:
USPS will only attempt a delivery twice, so please make arrangements if you are unable to be there. If someone is not at the location to accept the package, it may be returned to sender after one attempt depending on the delivery service.

• Handling Time: After receiving your cleared payment, we need 0-15 business days to process your purchase (this does not include the number of business days the shipping service will take to deliver the item to you). We will not send packages until payments appear to us as "cleared".
• International customs: Usually, all orders are exempt from taxes and duties, but some countries may charge customs fees, so, please contact your local customs office for more information. Possible custom import taxes and duty fees are the responsibility of customers.

You can return the product within 14 days from the day you receive it. In this case & if the item is in the same new condition, you'll be charged the above costs.

All our leather and fur products are carefully handmade or hand-finished, from natural materials one piece at a time. Because of this, there may be slight variations in the products. The product you receive may not be identical to the one pictured. These small natural imperfections, which may be slight color, or shape give handcrafted items their innate soulful character and appeal. Our products are crafted by highly skilled artisans who take pride in producing superior-quality items. We sincerely hope that you will enjoy each leather product as much as we enjoyed making it for you.

Please, also, note that although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee that every computer monitor, pad, or phone screen will accurately depict the actual color of the product. These reasons should not be misconstrued as flaws or defects. Please contact us with any questions about the color or size of any item before purchasing.

In case any customer rejects to receive the package of his order, the return shipping, the incoming customs charges, and the first shipping costs that have already been paid to the post company to send the package to its destination are up to the buyer and will not be refunded.
