Please always measure wrist for correct bracelet sizing. To get an accurate adult bracelet size~ measure the wrist with a flexible tape measure just below the wrist bone~ right where you would place your wrist watch~ This is the number I need & I will adjust accordingly.

Al items are packaged in either a small gift box or gift bag. Please contact me if you have a color preference.

Sterling Silver, Silver Plate & Brass will tarnish over time. Care instructions are included with these purchases.

All international shipments are sent via Etsy/USPS. If you prefer another method of transportation, please contact me in advance. International shipments can take up to 4 weeks or longer.

The Silverware Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package says "delivered" via tracking with the USPS & you have not received it, you must follow up with your carrier. I will make every effort to help you locate that package, but once it has been marked "Delivered" it is out of my control.
