I turned this fountain pen in my workshop, completely in hard rubber, one of the traditional materials used for pens during more than one century. The clip is made of Damascus steel , 128 layers are twisted: two different steels were superimposed in the forge, sort of like a puff paste, twisted, shaped and then dipped in acid to reveal the structure of the metal. Two pieces of the same metal adorn both ends of the pen. I thought Damaskus would suit the motive of the ebonite, even if one would certainly not see it at first, but that would give a happy surprise to an attentive observer.
The body of the pen is in blue and white ebonite; the section, also in ebonite, is black. Some rings of black ebonite decorate the bottom of the cap and the threads of screws.

It has a steel Bock nib, the leading brand in the field. Different colors (natural polished steel, golden or bicolor), different styles (normal or italic) and different sizes (X-Fine, Fine, Medium, Large) are possible, please drop me a word to tell me your preference and see availability.
I can also propose a more flexible nib in titanium or gold, with supplement.

The pen is fitted with a Schmidt Converter which allows to choose your ink. It is not recommended to post the cap on the body while writing.
