Where is my tracking number?

All orders are shipped using Australia Post standard shipping services, which does not include real time tracking unless you upgrade to this option. Australian orders should arrive within 7-10 business days. International orders should arrive within 15 - 30 business days. If you require tracked services, please upgrade to our tracked postage option at checkout. You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email.

The Crafted Journal AU is not liable for any postage costs associated with resending your parcel if it is returned to us due to your own error.
