New Packaging : I use special envelopes including a cardboard back to send your prints safely.
Prints are inserted into a plastic cover and then inserted into the special envelope with an additional cardboard on top so each side is protected.
A do not bend warning is added on the envelope.
One of my prints arrived bent in the past, it never happened since I use this technique.
