This vegetable tanned leather comes from Crete island, one of the last remaining tanneries in Greece. Really hard to find. It is supple, a real pleasure to work with and very comfortable to use.
The vegetable tanned cowhide leather is one of the best leather known to man for centuries. The secrets of vegetable tanning varies from tannery to tannery and the procedure method comes as a heritage from father to son. Treated with casein non toxic vegetable solution on the finishing process that gives this wonderful satin gloss finish unlike no other plain veg tanned leather.
The amazing qualities of this leather makes it so unique. This is the ultimate leather, it ages so beautifully creating a unique patina.

Keep it dry. Don’t leave it under the sun and rain.
In case of getting wet, let it dry naturally away from heat sources. Scratches may occur with normal usage. Wipe them off by rubbing gently with a soft cotton dry cloth. Occasionally treat it with beeswax based special formula commonly found in most leather shops. Alternatively we'll be happy to provide you. Apply by hand massaging carefully, leave it dry and wipe it with soft cotton cloth.
We personally use mink – beeswax cream lotion

All custom and personalized orders are specially made for you. We emboss your initials by hand. We also make unique designs and sizes upon request.

Looks just like the picture. I chose to personalize my case with the word “Persol” and it came out great. I had actually lost my case for my folding sunglasses Persol Steve McQueen edition. There is plenty of room and the interior seems soft enough that the lenses will not scratch. Huge upgrade from the cheap feeling original that came with $500 glasses. I suggest trying this for any folding sunglasses you have or might have. No regrets here
