All items are custom made to order in the color way and size selected. Therefor they can not be returned or exchanged when an item is the wrong size or when deciding on an other color.
Please make sure you select the right size fitting the measurements mentioned in the size chart before ordering.

In case an exception is made, the following applies:
All items must be returned in original condition in the original package.
Returning shipping cost by buyer and initial shipping cost by seller are not refunded. Only the item price is refunded. In case custom fees had to be paid by seller, these will be deducted from the item price.
When an item returns damaged or is lost in the mail it will not be refunded or replaced. Tracking is advised.

- Metal, nicotine, perfume, make up will stain your latex, especially light colored latex.
Stains can not be removed!

- Be careful with sharp objects, fingernails included. When putting on a latex garment do not thug it too much, it could tear. Use talcum or a water-based lubricant on the inside to ease dressing (no household oils or greases!)

- Wash your latex inside and out in luke warm water with mild soap (dish soap will do). You can do this in your bath tub, a bucket, etc... Rinse in clear water and put on a hanger(not a metal one) to air dry. When dry you can talc it lightly to keep it from sticking to itself.

- Keep your latex stored in a dark and dry place. Leaving it in sunlight will discolor it.

All items are wrapped in chlorine & acid free tissue paper and put in a ziplock bag for protection. Your order will be shipped in a cardboard box. Packaging is neutral and discrete.

All items are only available in the sizes mentioned (can differ with each item). If you're unsure about sizing or are in between sizes, don't hesitate to contact me and give me your measurements.

Everything is available in the colors from the chart.
Regular latex is from Radical Rubber, brown and pearl colors are from Supatex FourD.
Custom sheets from Yummy Gummy and Latex Repair are used for select items. These are handmade sheets and can show some irregularities (uneven glitter spread, speckles, etc..) If you see something from the shop that you would like to have made from these sheets, contact me!

To keep my items affordable i do not offer full custom orders.
All items are pull-on only (no zippers) and will only be made in the sizes available.

Personalizing an item by adding extra's like extra trim, bows, length, pattern latex, etc. is possible by request. If agreed upon you can purchase an upcharge though "Order extra" in the add-on section.
If the order extra is purchased days after the initial purchase, those days are added to the due shipping date.

The production time, your place in the order queue, starts when an order is paid in full!

All items come unshined and slightly talced (to keep it from sticking to itself).
You can shine your latex with a silicone based lubricant or latex shining products like Vivishine, Begloss, Pjur, etc.
Do not use oils or greases, they will damage the latex.

I will accept cancellations within 1hour after purchase. Because i have a short turnaround i will always start an order as soon as possible. If the latex for your order is already cut out, it's no longer possible to cancel.
