All pins are customisable with your charm selections.

You may order directly from the listing by selecting
1. Colour - this is the colour of your pin

2.Style - the number of charms you would like on your pin.

3.Write your selected charms in the personalisation box. Please write them in the order you would like the charms placed on the pin from left to right. Eg. White A, White cross, Blue eye

This usually happens if you provide an inefficient or wrong address or you were not available at the time of delivery.

As soon as the parcel has been sent by us, it is the responsibility of the buyer to track the item & courier to ensure good communication & the safe arrival of your parcel. Please contact your local courier to arrange a redelivery.

Express or standard shipping will not be refunded if the parcel has been returned to the sender (Gemkodesigns) after an attempted delivery.

If you would like us to send it again, you will have to pay the shipping fee again. If you were qualified for free shipping, you will need to pay the shipping fee for the resend.
