Crochet Cardigan Pattern - The Siesta Cardi (digital PDF)
The Siesta Cardi is a cosy oversized cardigan that will make you look stylish while keeping you comfortable and warm. The pattern is suitable for beginners and it is size inclusive, ranging from XS to 4XL.
SIZES:
XS-S: For bust sizes between 71-86cm/28-34 inches.
Approx. 58cm (22.8 inches) length and 56cm (22 inches) width.
M-L: For bust sizes between 91.5-106.5cm/36-42 inches.
Approx. 59cm (23.2 inches) length and 67cm (26 inches)
width.
XL-2XL: For bust sizes between 111.5-127cm/44-50 inches.
Approx. 62cm (24.4 inches) length and 76cm
(29.9 inches) width.
3XL-4XL: For bust sizes between 132-147cm/52-58 inches.
Approx. 64cm (25 inches) length and 86cm
(33.8 inches) width.
CROCHET HOOKS*
6mm (US J-10 ) for the sweater band.
7mm (US between K-10 1/2 and L-11) for everything else.
*OR any other hook that gives you the right gauge measurements.
YARN: This cardigan was made using Lanabel Super Sport (100% wool) Aran/Worsted 10 ply, 100g (3.53 ounces)/150m (164 yd).
Size XS-S: Approx. 1300m (1422 yd).
Size M-L: Approx. 1600m (1750 yd).
Size XL-2XL: Approx. 1900m (2078 yd).
Size 3XL-4XL: Approx. 2100m (2297 yd)
The cardi in the pictures is size M-L and used 1070m for the body (orange) and 225m for each arm (green and purple).
