All items will be sent within 3 working days of payment , unless otherwise stated .

All International orders over the value of £25.00 must be sent by a Signed For / Trackable service to all destinations to ensure safe arrival and to cover the full value of the Artworks. A revised shipping invoice will be sent to cover this service - these costs must be covered Prior to all items being shipped. Additional insurance is always taken out with Royal Mail to cover the full value of the order.

UK orders under the value of £50.00 will be sent First Class Recorded Delivery.

UK Orders over the value of £52.00 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery - guaranteed next working day before 1pm. This service is to cover the full value of the Artworks , and the additional charges must be paid Prior to all items being shipped.

SHIPPING TO GERMANY- Cora Pearl Design is registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR).
Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. My Dual System partner is Activate by Reclay.

Unfortunately I cannot accept responsibility for any lost items, and always obtain a proof of postage receipt , and hold onto tracking information if the item is signed for. Anyone claiming an item to be lost will need to make a claim with their own Mail Provider.

All items will be shipped securely - and packed very carefully to avoid any damage. I take great care in packaging all items.

If there are any taxes or customs charges within your country - please be aware that you are responsible for these.
