During busy periods (from the start of the school year to Christmas for example or during my holidays) allow at least one more week.For specific custom models - take into account an additional time of realization of a minimum of 1 week to 15 days (it may lack supplies, the realization also requires an additional commitment).

For the personalization of the articles please indicate the instructions when ordering, any precision not indicated in the "customization" section carries a risk of error.A request in a message not attached to the order number cannot be processed and/or contested. Without specifying made during the order and indicated in the preparation sheet it is the model in photo that will be sent to you, remember to ask for a confirmation for subsequent requests.
