2 out of 5 starsI purchased the items. It says instant download, however it requires a password on 2 computer software systems and when you try to open it in Microsoft Word it's just a bunch of code. I needed this item right now to print of so I could cut it out through out the day but it is not as easy as anything else I have ordered and I have been ordering for over 6 years.
