These privacy policies are intended to inform our customers about the use of their personal data that we collect in connection with our transactions via the ETSY platform.

1. Personal information collected:
To process orders, we need some information. in particular the surname, first name, email address, postal address, some information relating to the payment, as well as the description of the ordered product. These information, provided by the buyer when he places his order, are sent to us by Etsy, which the buyer has authorized to communicate us. In accordance with the principle of minimization we collect only the information necessary for the smooth running of our services. Being here clarified that we never know the bank details of our customers.
The buyer can also send us directly some additional personal information, especially during a personalized order or for special delivery terms (date of marriage, complementary address ...).

We potentially reserve the right to store and process your information via third-party hosts located in United States or other countries. We may therefore be able to transfer these personal information to a jurisdiction where data protection and government oversight laws are different from those of our country. In this case, we will rely on the Privacy Shield (Privacy Shield certification) as the legal basis.

6. Customers rights regarding the use of their personal information

In this case, customers will simply have to follow the link provided for this purpose in the messages to remove their explicit consent and e-mail address from our mailing lists.
• Right to complain. Residents of the European Union may express some concern to the local data protection authorities about the use of their information (without prejudice to other rights they may otherwise enjoy).
