What is your turnaround time?
Our current turn around time s 2-3 working days, (exc Weekends) plus delivery. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. Our standard delivery time for Royal Mail Tracked 48 is 2-3 days, and our express delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hrs. Please note this is a delivery aim and not a guarantee. If you would like a guaranteed service please contact me and I will be happy to arrange.
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Do you offer a rush my order service ?
All of our listings offer an express delivery service, however if you would also like your order to be processed earlier than our standard 2-3 day Service, please do contact us and we would be happy to try and accommodate.
When will my order arrive ?
Items are shipped 3-5 from the day you order
To check the status of your order;
- Sign in through the Etsy App
- Click My Account + Click Purchases
- Find your order, you’ll see the shipping status and estimated dispatch and delivery date
My item has arrived damaged
All of our orders are packaged well to ensure your item arrives to you in perfect condition.
Unfortunately, on the rare occasion that a breakage occurs during transit, please message us as soon as possible with some images of the packaging and item.
We will use this information to lease with Royal Mail, and ensure a replacement is dispatched as soon as possible.
