So I purchased the candles on clearance for my mehndi function, the ordering process was fine and the products didn’t take long to be delivered however when I received the parcel, the package had already been ripped open. I ignored this thinking it may have been an accident from the courier but when I opened the candles there was decor missing from the candle and the candle itself looked as if it had been burnt already. I messaged the seller and showed pictures and got a refund of some of the money. Overall the products were good despite the minor setback and service/response was good too.
