Custom and personalized orders
If you see something you'd like personalized or wonder if a certain design detail can be changed, just send us a message!
For listings that aren't already set up to be personalized (meaning, you can't find a personalization field on the listing for you to enter custom text), there will be a small customization fee in addition to the product cost, shipping, and tax where applicable.
For custom orders other than simple name/year changes, you will be sent a digital representation of what your item will look like *after* the item is purchased. Once we have your approval, it will be sent for printing. Keep in mind that delayed responses to our messages or requesting multiple edits will delay the processing and shipping time.
