Care instructions

1. Wash woolen clothes at 30-40º C only with a detergent designed specifically for wool care and not containing enzymes and bleaching agents.
2. Wool ‘surrenders’ dirt very easily, so do not rub it while washing.
3. Wash and rinse at the same temperature. Don’t wash and rinse woolen clothes in cold water.
4. If stains occur, moisten the stain with wool detergent and let it work for a few minutes before washing the garment using wool or hand-washing program.
5. Spin washed clothes lightly; put them on a horizontal surface and then shape.

Refunds, exchanges, cancellation

The knitted product is made to order and cannot be returned.

Please contact me within 3 days from the date of receipt of the parcel (information is checked by tracking number).

If you have a problem with a knitted product (hat, scarf / shawl, cardigan, sweater) that was made by me - please contact me so that we can find the best solution together. If you contacted me on time and I agree to help you, please note that 50% of the cost of the product is non-refundable in order to partially cover the cost of materials.

When returning the goods, the money for shipping is not returned under any circumstances.All shipping costs always on the buyer.
All the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country are on the buyer expense.

Custom and personalized orders

If you could not get your order in time by mail, the package will be sent back to the sender! These are the rules of the postal service of your country! The store owner always informs the client about the sending of the parcel and informs the tracking number! In case of resending the order to the recipient, the client pays the cost of resending!
In case of the return of the parcel and the cancellation of the order by the buyer:
1. When buying a knitted product - the buyer receives the amount minus 50% of the cost of the knitted product to cover the cost of materials and work performed.
2. If the buyer has paid the shipping cost, then this shipping cost is not refundable.
