Where can I find my purchased digital items?
After your purchase you’ll see a 'View your files' link which goes to the 'Downloads' page.
Etsy also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal (Check your spam or junk inbox, social or promotion tabs, if you use Gmail)
If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
You can access your digital purchases from within your account (please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a computer) any time - go to 'You > Purchases and reviews', look for the order and click 'Download files'.

Can I return my order and get a refund?
Because of the nature of the these items, I can't accept returns for DIGITAL DOWNLOADS and CUSTOM or PERSONALISED ORDERS and they can't be returned or exchanged. Please be sure of your selections before completing your purchase!
How to install the frame tv art?
To install the image to your frame tv first you need to upload the image on your smartphone. You have to download the image from your Etsy account on your computer and then transfer it to your phone (or you open the browser on your phone and log in to your Etsy account in order to download the purchased image, unfortunately Etsy doesn't allow you to download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time).
After you've downloaded the image open the SmartThings app and make sure that your tv is connected to the same WiFi as your phone and select it in the app. Then select "art mode" and add the image, at the end select "no mat" and "set".
