Free tracked envelope shipments are sent directly to your home. Any item not received with a tracking marked as "delivered" can not be returned, you will then have to contact your post office directly. Free parcel shipments for metropolitan France and Europe are made by Chronopost Shop2shop or Mondial Relay or UPS Access. Shipments of paid parcels without surplus will also be sent in Mondial relay or Chronopost Shop2Shop or UPS Access.
Any order not picked up at the relay point and returned to the sender will not be refunded, it can be returned within 7 days subject to payment of delivery costs.
It is recommended for shipments to have your phone number within 3 days of purchase, otherwise, it will be chosen the Relay Point closest to you according to the availability of relays. International shipments are sent directly to you.
However, home delivery via Chronopost is possible by choosing the excess deliveries.

Beautiful piece! It did not arrive when it said. I contacted the owner and didn't get a reply until I reported it lost. Their messages were in French and doesn't translate on the app. It did get here late but it was worth the wait.

I have been an Autoentrepreneur for several years.
I specialize in wood engraving and laser cutting.
I also work on many other supports: Wood, PMMA, Foam Rubber, Cork, Paper, Leather, Stone, Aluminum etc.

I create design & artisanal decorative objects, such as clocks, mirrors, vases, jewelry or 3D sculptures.
I also offer a tailor-made cutting and engraving service for individuals and professionals.
My products are designed and manufactured by me in my workshop. I pay particular attention to the quality and origin of the materials and components used.

The creation of this shop began when my darling of love advised me to register on this online sales medium and frankly... she was right!

I find the shop quite easy to use and doesn't take much time to create.
