5 out of 5 starsI ordered two of these signs, one for each of my daughter’s rooms and they are perfect! Customer service was five star. I wasn’t sure on one of the fonts and asked for a proof. They sent one with no issues and after seeing it, I did change my mind on the font and they were very understanding. I also had one sign come slightly cracked and they replaced it, no problem. They made it super easy and were super kind and easy to work with!

We wrap puzzles the best so it doesn't break during shipping but if it does please contact us.
⭐ Shipping
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation message along with a tracking number. Shipping generally takes 2-7 business days. It can take up to 15 business days for international packages depending on customs.
Please note we cannot be held accountable for shipping delays and lost or stolen packages.
⭐ Address Change
We cannot make address changes after purchase. Please double-check your address prior to submitting your order. If the package gets returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to you. Please make sure your address is correct.
⭐ Shipping options
Our main carrier is Canada Post. If you are shipping to the United States, the package will be converted to the equivalent USPS service at the border

⭐ Name Signs
Our name signs will make fantastic gifts for a Baby Shower, First Birthday, Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, for a Flower Girl proposal, and any other occasion.
⭐ They are available in a variety of sizes ranging from 10 inches long to 36 inches long. Our sizing is based on the width of the word, not the height, cut from painted MDF and unpainted plywood.
⭐ Hanging hardware or stands are NOT included. We suggest double-adhesive tapes to hang it. Capitals and dots will be connected unless told otherwise. All orders are cut with the first letter of the word uppercase and all other letters lowercase. We provide proofs after purchase and by request only. The name signs, which are 10'' and 12'' wide, are sent with no tracking number.
⭐ Replacements
In the event you receive a damaged puzzle or a puzzle that was made in error, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please send us a photo of the puzzle along with a description and we will be happy to make a replacement for you.
Any request to change your puzzle names, shapes, numbers, colors, engraving information after the item has been made will incur a replacement fee.
⭐ Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We begin production right away in order to meet our processing timeline. Please be sure to double check that your puzzle names, shapes, numbers, colors, engraving information is correct prior to submitting your order.
⭐ Safety Guidelines
Our toys are made with safety in mind. The guidelines below will help you and your kids play safe:
• Show your child the right way to use a toy
• Check toys regularly to make sure they are not broken
• Throw away broken toys
• Separate toys by age
• Have fun and play safe
WARNING:
• Never leave your babies unattended when they play with toys
• Check toys to make sure there aren’t any small parts or other potential choking hazards
• Check toys to make sure wooden surfaces, edges, corners of the boards and pieces are smooth. If they are not smooth, throw them away immediately
• Make sure small pieces are securely attached and are not broken off
• Throw away broken toys immediately since small pieces can present a choking hazard

What happens if your package gets returned to Dazzle Your Puzzle
If your package gets returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to you. Please make sure to regularly check the tracking number. Shipping careers do NOT offer refunds for returned packages. They consider the job done, since they transported the package all the way there AND back.
