SHOP POLICIES effective 2/1/25

Please be mindful of my shop policies.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are NOT accepted. These are hair accessories, so I cannot resell these handmade items. If there is something wrong with your order, you have 48 hours within the delivery date of your order to contact me. I reference the tracking info available to both of us. If your delivery date was 1/1, you have until 1/3 to contact me. After that, the sale is final.

Something wrong with your order includes the following: My Ears were damaged in the mail, I never received the order even though the package was marked delivered, or I think my order is lost.

Please understand, this is a small shop, and I go the extra mile to make your order perfect for you. If you have failed to ask me about the sizing of my ears, or you get them and don’t like them, these are not reasons to seek a return and refund. Please do not order unless you are sure you really want them, you have spoken to me about the sizing, and you really like them. This is why I go to great lengths to make sure the photos, descriptions, and videos are pristine- you have every detail at your disposal to make an informed purchase. And I encourage you to message me if you have any questions, or need more info about placing an order. I love to make my customers supremely happy. Chatting with you is encouraged, do not hesitate to message me.

If your item is lost or damaged, I can absolutely help you with that and make it right. For lost or damaged items, I send you a replacement item(s) or ask you to file a claim with USPS. Often, I will send your new order Priority Mail- just to make sure you get it in time. There are no refunds.

Cancellations accepted within 2 hours. Sometimes kids love to make a purchase you didn’t approve. Not a problem at all. Simply message me.

When you place an order, you are agreeing to my shop policies (whether you have read them or not).
