Great item. I’ve used it on several trips now without issue. The only downside is removing the J hook is an involved process, but well worth the trade off to have a sturdy attachment that’s not constantly falling off.

Amazing product!!! So glad this exists! Found this on a flight attendant group and had to buy it. I love my B&R, but I have nearly lost my strap at least 6 times. Now, I won't ever lose it. Very easy to put together. (Although my husband did it for me) Instructions were easy to understand, again although my husband didn't read them 🙄. Highly recommend!!!

Five minute install and two of those were finding a screwdriver. I've lost three luggage straps / J-hooks, and this is the perfect answer to a problem the luggage manufacture doesn't have any interest in addressing.

How the attachment should’ve been designed from the beginning, excellent modification. Looks factory made and very sturdy.
