4 out of 5 starsThis personalized zipper pouch is absolutely adorable! The personalization came out beautifully and was exactly as requested. Everything about it is super cute, and I’m really happy with how it looks. The seller was also wonderful to work with, very responsive and helpful when I had questions. Shipping was great as well; it arrived at the earliest estimated delivery date, which was a nice surprise! My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the bag itself feels a little lightweight/cheap compared to what I expected, and the zipper seems somewhat delicate, like it may not hold up long-term with frequent use. Overall, I’m still happy with my purchase and think it’s a cute item, especially because the personalization is so well done!
