Frequently asked questions
Does the store accept exchanges?
Only if the items are unused; and in good and original condition and packaging.
• Buyers must contact me within 14 days of delivery and have the items they’d like to exchange sent to me within 30 days of delivery.
• Buyers are responsible for all postage costs of exchanges.
• There will be a 15% service-charge incurs for all hand-sewn leather handles exchanged.
• Custom items and Discounted/Sale items cannot be exchanged.
• Exchange can only be done ONCE.
• Goods sold and Exchanged are non-refundable.
• Items must be properly packed to ensure they will not be damaged during shipping. If the item is not returned in original and good condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Can I cancel my order?
No. All orders are final.
Will there be a tracking link provided for my package?
Yes. You will receive a separate Etsy Dispatch Notification email containing a tracking link, once your order has been shipped.
Why is the tracking info for my parcel so limited?
Please note this is a basic tracking system that shows package has been dispatched from country to country and after it has arrived at your destination post, tracking information after, is subjected to your local post office's availability. After the package arrived at your destination, it will be transferred to your local post office and will be delivering this package to you.
P.S.if no one is at home/office to receive it, kindly collect it at your nearest post office by providing your tracking number.

Do you offer Expedited or Express shipping?
Yes! If you purchase above USD250 in a single receipt (excluding tax and duties), I offer a free shipping upgrade from standard air shipping to Expedited Shipping (Except for some designs and countries and remote areas).
If your purchase is below USD250, you can select upgrade shipping at checkout or contact me on how to have your order ship via UPS or DHL with a top-up.
