Custom and personalized orders
🎨 I don't do custom work. But if you have a specific design, name, or idea in mind, just drop me a message. It could be something I would consider to include in my product line-up.
Care instructions
🧼 Clean gently with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid solvents, alcohol-based cleaners, or high heat. Indoor use only.
Production & Shipping times
⏳ Since everything is printed just for you, production can take up to 3 business days before shipping. Shipping times vary based on your location — and I’ll always keep you updated with tracking!
Production Quality
🏭 All items are printed with FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) printers — which means you'll see fine layer lines. It’s part of the charm! These visible layers show your item was made with care, one thread of filament at a time. Colors may vary a little depending on filament stock, lighting, and screen differences. I try to keep things consistent, but your unique print might have its own little twist!
Materials Used
🌱 I only use high quality and eco-friendly PLA filament, made from renewable plant materials like corn starch. It's biodegradable and perfect for fun, safe prints.
Damaged on Arrival
😢 Oh no! That’s rare, but if it happens, please contact me right away with photos. I’ll send a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
🔁 All items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in perfect shape. However, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Safety
🧸 Most of my prints are kid-friendly and made with non-toxic PLA — perfect for decor and light play. However, they’re not certified toys, so supervision is recommended for small children.
Cancellations
🛑 If I haven’t started printing yet (up to 24 hours), sure thing! Send me a message as soon as possible. Once the print starts, cancellations aren’t guaranteed — but I’ll do my best to help.
