Gift wrapping and packaging
All items in the store are shipped carefully, most of the time in tissue paper and organza pouches, by letter followed or by colissimo, depending on your choice. You can opt for the "gift wrapping" option, the item will be sent ready to offer.
Leather engravings
You want an engraving on a bracelet or a leather watch?
Some bracelets and some watches already have the engraving included in the price of the item.
For some other models you have to choose from the drop-down menu "engraved" or not "engraved".

Care instructions for watches
Watches should be used under normal use conditions. In case of problem, photos of the watch and the details of the problem will be asked before any return. In case of replacement of the watch, the shop can not guarantee that you will receive a watch of the same model. If your model is not available, a watch of equivalent value or similar style will be provided.
The store does not cover:
The defects of the battery if it is not suitable, glass because it could be shocked, damage resulting from improper use, lack of attention, accident or normal wear.

Return of order
