I'm sorry you had an issue and texted an old number that wasn't updated on the form, but in Etsy's note they send. This number has been having issues so I've changed it. Due to this, I have issued a refund for your troubles. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do. Sincerely, Brooke

Do I need Photoshop to edit the templates?
Yes. You must have Photoshop or Elements and have an intermediate knowledge of the respective software to edit our templates. If you purchased a PDF file, you do not need Photoshop to change the text and add your own logo.
How do I receive my template?
You will be sent an email from Etsy shortly after your purchase that will contain a download link to your files.
You can also access your files within your Etsy account by navigating to: You -> Purchases and Reviews --> your files will be available here.
I didn't read the details! Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products all sales are final. Please read each listing thoroughly before checking out. Only time a refund will be issued is if you can provide proof a duplicate order for the same item was already made.
Do you create custom templates?
Yes! Please message me with your requests to see if it can be done.
Will you edit the template for me?
As much as I'd love to help I'm currently only offering simple changes, such as if you need one text/line changed i.e. color/text of logo, etc. in which a free font wasn't used. If you need extensive changes made for you, please send a private message for a quote.
Do you include fonts with my order?
Due to copyright laws I'm not able to include font files with your download. All free font download links are provided in the document entitled "fonts" in your download folder. Please read each listing carefully as occasionally some wording may be provided as an image if a premium font was used (ie - cannot edit that particular text).
