Thank you so much for your visit to Just4Everyone. Everything in our shop is custom made/made to order. I do not have a fulfillment center that I pull inventory from or third party vendors that do the work for us. We do it all from a little home based studio. This allows for us to give you many options to choose from and truly make your shirts custom! Our current processing time (does not include the time it takes for your item to be delivered) is 1-3 business days. If you need something by a certain date, please message us so we can let you know if it is possible. Please do not leave a note in the notes to seller section with a date that you need your item. I do not normally see the notes until I get to the order.
The processing time does not include shipping times. Shipping times, depend on the method you choose at checkout. EXPRESS shipping is usually 2-4 business days. Standard shipping can take up to 3-10 business days. Choosing Express shipping does not speed up our processing times. It just speeds up delivery of your purchase. These are just estimates and not guaranteed time frames for delivery. If you need to receive an item by a certain date, please contact me before purchasing so I can make sure I can get the item to you by the correct date. Please do not leave a note in the notes to seller section with a date that you need your item. I do not normally see the notes until I get to the order.
I do not send messages updating the status of an order, unless there is an issue with the order or it is a custom design order. If you have a question, I will answer your message as quickly possible. Please expect a response within 24 hours.
● We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address or incomplete.

♥♥♥ Returns and exchange details ♥♥♥
♥ Clothing is made to order for each customer and cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size.
● Exchanges or refunds on custom orders (custom names, initials, numbers) are not allowed.
● When exchanging items please use the same or similar packaging to mail item(s) to me within 7 days. All items that you want to exchange must be mailed to me and must be in UNUSED/NEW condition. Items that are worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for any reason and a refund will not be given. Any items that are not returned are not eligible for a refund. No exceptions . Please add a note with exchange instructions, your name & order number in the package. Delivery confirmation is recommended as I can not issue a refund for items that are lost in the mail.
● Our name and reputation, as well as our 100% promise in customer satisfaction, is what keeps us separate from the crowd. I take pride in everything that I create. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your item, please contact me to discuss. It is my goal to have you happy and will work to make sure that you are. However, please keep in mind that I do not offer refunds for lost or damaged items due to fault of the postal service.
● Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please note - I will not accept items after seven business days. Items will be marked RTS and returned to sender.

SHIPPING TIMES
Tracking Your Order
● Upon shipment of your order, we`ll email you tracking information so you can keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you.
● We promise to ship your package within 1-3 days after payment is received. Please note that delivery times vary significantly based on your location, efficiency of your postal service and any holidays during transit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
● Items must be sent with 'return/no sale value' listed. If full value is put on the package, customs will see this as a sale. Any Customs fee spent to reclaim a refunded package will be deducted from the order.
● In case your delivery was "Unclaimed" (wrong address \ no one was available to claim) and return back to us, we can send it to you again with an additional cost for the new shipping.
