I had a little trouble at first getting used to having something around my head but I persevered when I saw how soft and untangled my hair was in the morning! No more nights with an annoying bun so you can sleep without knots. I have long, straight hair down to my butt and a small head, I took the smallest size possible and it's perfect! I feel they are less damaged, really, I can tell you the difference! I love that this hat is so soft.
