5 out of 5 starsHonestly, I am just so amazed by the customer service, I ordered this on April 20 and I needed it by April 26, Kewsan Jan is so amazing when it comes to comminucating, she helped me every step of the way and even quickened the shipping too. In terms of the dress, the quality is so great, the under dress as well as the fabric on top as high quality and are worth the price, I highly recommend!!!

Return Policy
EU Customers: You're eligible to return purchases. If you wish to return an item, please inform us before 24 hours on Etsy explaining the reason. You'll need to handle the shipping arrangements and keep the invoice until we receive your return. We'll process a refund once we get the item back in its original condition. Please note, we can't accept returns of used items or those showing signs of wear. Remember, you'll cover the shipping costs both ways.
Outside the EU: We're unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the customs fees involved. Be aware that returning items to Sweden may incur customs clearance charges.
