AI playbooks for trainers who would rather be coaching

Less Admin HQ makes practical AI playbooks for personal trainers and fitness coaches. Each one is a plain-English guide to handing a real admin job to an AI assistant: copy a prompt, paste it into the assistant you already use, check the result, and send it yourself. You don't need tech skills. It works with any major AI assistant.

Start with the work that follows you home: client check-ins, first programs, follow-up messages and session notes. The 30-day challenges give you one small task a day, 30 minutes or less. The prompt packs and worksheets are shorter and cover one job each. Everything is a digital download, and it reads fine on your phone.

AI writes the first draft. You check it before it reaches a client, especially anything about pain, injury, dizziness, a new medication or a change to a program. Nothing here is medical advice, and nobody can promise you results.

As soon as your payment clears, Etsy gives you a download link. It also stays in your Etsy account under Purchases. Everything is a digital file, so nothing ships.

What do I need to use these?

For the playbooks and the prompt pack, you need a free account with any major AI assistant and the ability to copy and paste. You don't need to code. Some 30-day challenges have a final week that needs a paid AI plan, and the listing says so when it does. The worksheets only need a pen.

Which AI does it work with?

Any major AI assistant. Use the one you already have.

Can I get a refund?

These are instant digital downloads, so I can't accept returns or exchanges. If your file won't open, or something is wrong with it, message me and I'll do my best to make it right. Where a listing offers a refund guarantee, the terms are written in that listing.

Is this legal or financial advice?
