Payments, Custom Fees and Taxes :
Payments are accepted via PayPal or Direct Checkout (Credit card, Debit card and Etsy Gift Card). Your order goes through the processing time only after it is fully paid. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellations :
You can request the cancellation of your order via message within 2 hours after you placed it. In case this deadline has ended you can still request the cancellation but if your order has been processed to a customisation or has been shipped unfortunately this specific order can not be canceled.

Delivery and Shipping

Many countries have taken steps in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic that impact their postal operations and customer service. Delays in mail and package deliveries are common because of flight cancellations, staff reductions, government measures and other disruptions in workplaces and daily lives.

At this point no restrictions apply to trade and cargo routes so for your sooner service we would strongly recommend, if you wish, to choose the express shipping option as your order will be delivered faster and with better tracking.

Processing time
For non-customised orders, once purchased and fully paid it takes 1 to 3 business days for your order to be shipped. For customised / personalised orders please contact me regarding the processing times.

Shipping providers and Tracking

Standard free shipping :
The majority of the jewellery in Lidon Jewellery Etsy shop are dispatched with the standard shipping which is free. The orders shipped using the Hellenic Post (ELTA) registered postal service until the parcel arrives at the destination country, then the delivery of the parcel is handled by the country’s main postal company (list of examples below). Please note that the registered service above requires signature at delivery for security and tracking purposes.

Express shipping :
The express shipping is optional in Lidon Jewellery Etsy shop with extra charge. It usually delivers in 3 to 4 business days in most destinations with some exceptions like in remote areas. The orders shipped using the ELTA Courier postal service which cooperates with DHL. For the secure delivery of the parcel DHL requires a contact phone number in case they need to contact the receiver regarding their delivery. Please note that the express shipping service requires signature at delivery for security and tracking purposes.

Tracking :
A tracking number is provided in both services above. At the moment your order is shipped a dispatch notification will be sent to your email connected to your Etsy member account or guest account providing you the tracking number. You can track the delivery status via Etsy in your order’s details. Please note the tracking number of the express shipping requires update after the parcel arrives at the destination country and after your individual request via message in Etsy.
