Our pieces are all made to order. The processing time varies by item. See an individual item's listing for its processing time.

In fairness to all of our customers, we are not able to bypass the processing time to ship any order ahead of schedule.

If you are under time restraints or live in an area where package theft is common, please choose an upgraded, insured shipping method at checkout, like USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express. Free USPS First Class Shipping on orders over $35 typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive after the processing time. First Class Shipping is not insured. FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL orders take approx. 2-6 weeks to arrive. However, transit times can vary GREATLY. Our arrival timelines can temporarily increase due to the holiday season. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if held up at customs. Unfortunately we do not have any control over your country's customs officials, so please understand the risk of delay. We have had customers wait several months for items to arrive.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL (6-10 business days) and USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL (3-5 business days). These shipping times are estimates and we can not guarantee the delivery date.

We are not liable for lost, stolen or delayed packages that were shipped internationally or within the US.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages-domestic or international. When selecting your shipping method at checkout, consider purchasing a shipping option that includes insurance, like USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express.

If your package has not arrived, please reach out to your local post office / shipping facility with your tracking number. They will be able to provide additional insight that we are not able to see. If you selected an insured shipping method at checkout, your next step is to open a case with your local post office to be reimbursed for any lost / stolen packages.

Please note that EmberbyChance will not be held responsible for an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. We are able to accommodate corrections if they are caught by the customer before the order ships.

If your item is shipped to the wrong address, these packages are often returned to sender. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you once the item gets returned to us. You will then be held responsible for the cost of shipping the item to the correct address. (Typically $3-5 for domestic shipments, and prices vary for international shipping.)

We completely understand that you'd like your international order as soon as possible. We strongly recommend purchasing either USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days) or USPS Priority Mail Express International (the fastest international shipping option available). Both of these shipping methods are insured by USPS.

While we never want to disappoint our customers, we are not able to issue a refund once your order ships from our shop. If the order has been returned to sender, we will refund your order minus the cost of shipping.

Please remove jewelry before activities like swimming, showering,... etc.

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment.

There are no refunds since every item is custom. If an item breaks in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal.

**Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.
