Hi, I’m Dominic, and welcome to The Match Market, a small, family-run shop sparked (quite literally) by our love for simple, beautiful things.
It all started with candles. We loved the quiet ritual of lighting one at the end of the day, that tiny spark that makes a space feel warm and alive. But we noticed something missing: the matches themselves. They were either too plain, too plastic, or too forgettable. So, we decided to make our own, matches that look as beautiful as the moments they start.
Every set we sell is carefully hand-packed in our family workspace, designed to feel special from the moment you open it. From the color of each match tip to the texture of the label, we focus on small details that turn an everyday item into a small piece of joy.
